Eileen has worked for over 30 years in the retail property marketing industry. An accomplished marketer with a strong grasp of the strategic and practical challenges of today’s retail environment Eileen was a partner of Donaldsons and director of DTZ successfully combining marketing and property knowledge to add value to client projects across EMEA.
Her career has touched most global owners and managers and spans the full range of marketing disciplines.
In addition to award winning marketing experience in the UK Eileen is actively involved with the ICSC as a mentor, conference moderator, VIVA Awards judge and faculty member of the ICSC International Retail School.
Alan brings a wealth of practical and strategic marketing experience having operated at a senior level within the property sector for over 25 years. His experience includes marketing roles at retailers Topshop and Clarks both in the UK and internationally. He has also held senior positions within property specialists Donaldsons, DTZ and Nelson Bakewell and has built a strong management expertise working at destination specialists MadisonSoho and MindFolio.
Most recently he has steered the strategic development of clients in the UK, Poland, Germany and Morocco and managed to combine a flair for creative delivery along with an ability to produce measurable results for clients.
Alan has played an active role in the trade organisations BCSC and ICSC where he acts as a tutor, awards judge, management committee representative and conference chair. He was recently the co-author of the BCSC’s guide to Marketing KPI’s and Evaluation.
Sarah has over ten years of marketing experience and has worked on some of the biggest shopping centres in the UK including intu Trafford Centre, as well as some smaller schemes including The Heart Shopping Centre, Market Place Bolton and The Harvey Centre.
Sarah’s specialisms lie in project management, strategy and planning. In addition Sarah has experience above and below the line and can purchase all forms of media including TV, radio, outdoor, print and social media advertising.
She also has a key interest in PR having worked for the Global PR agency Bite Communications for nearly five years, working for clients such as BT and Sony.
Geoffrey is a multi award-winning, creative director and entrepreneur with over thirty years’ advertising and marketing experience.
Over his career, he has developed and produced major campaigns for many household names including Twinings Tea, Milupa Baby Food, British Coal, Speedwing, Travelodge, Pentax, Unilever, Standard Life Investments and British Land.
During his time as Creative Director at Mills Smith & Partners, where he was one of the inventors and founders of Air Miles, the international, travel rewards, loyalty programme.
He was co-founder of specialist location and retail property advertising agency, Tomlin Bean where he was responsible for many, notable campaigns which were recognised within the industry by the awarding of ten BCSC Purple Apples, seven ICSC Jean Solal Awards, five ICSC Maxi Awards and the ICSC Best of the Best Award for the Grand Arcade, Cambridge launch campaign.
