Eileen Connolly and Alan Thornton have joined AL Marketing to take over the running of the business from retiring founders Michael Agapiou and Melanie Lillie. Both come with a strong track record: Alan was previously head of marketing at Topshop and both were directors at Donaldsons and DTZ. Eileen and Alan have long-established profiles in the retail marketing industry playing active roles internationally with the ICSC.
